POSITION VACANT: Tasman Makos Team Manager
TASMAN MAKOS TEAM MANAGER
Applications are sought for the very important role of Team Manager for the ITM Cup season. The fixed term contract is for an initial term of two years (2). The role is a 0.5 FTE position.
The prime responsibility of Team Manager will be to work effectively with the CEO, Coaches and other team support members to create a well organised organized and professional team environment. To provide a strong and seamless link between Tasman Rugby and the ITM Cup team. Finally build, strong, healthy relationships with other ITM adminsitrations and stakeholders within NZ Rugby
The successful applicant will be required to establish appropriate organisational processes to ensure the optimal performance of the entire team, both on and off the field.
Outstanding organisational, budgeting, exceptional time management, computer, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
