New shorts sponsors support the TRU and Tasman Mako

Renew IT & Anderson Architecture give support behind the Tasman Mako 

The Tasman Rugby Union (TRU) is proud to announce that Renew IT (NZ) Ltd and Anderson Architecture have come on board as new back of shorts sponsors of the Tasman Mako men and women teams, joining long-standing front of shorts sponsor, The Turf Hotel. 

Renew IT (NZ) Ltd, a provider of lifecycle IT hardware solutions, will for the first-time be the back of shorts sponsor of the Tasman Mako men and women teams over the next three years. 

Renew IT, a fast-growing Australian founded IT company now operating in the North and South Island in NZ, focused on purchasing laptops, desktops, networking equipment, servers, and smartphones through asset buyback partnerships with corporations across Australia and New Zealand. 

“The TRU is proud to partner with a leader in repurposing IT equipment to supply to lower socio-economic groups and to eliminate e-waste. In addition to providing branding support to a national TV audience, our role will include introducing Renew IT to our corporate partners and key stakeholders” said TRU commercial manager Les Edwards. 

For Renew IT, the sports sponsorship with the Tasman Mako will be their first in New Zealand however they have strategic partnerships with both the Waratahs and Western Force in Super Rugby AU and with Randwick and Western Sydney in the Shute Shield competition.
